You agree not to misuse Elym, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use the service to harm others, submit unlawful content, or copy and redistribute protected app content except where expressly permitted.

Elym may include public-domain or appropriately licensed Bible translations and original devotional content. Rights in third-party translations remain with their respective rights holders where applicable.
7. Guidance features
Personalized guidance may be generated or assembled using automated systems. Such output can be incomplete or mistaken. Consider speaking with a trusted priest, pastor, qualified professional, or other appropriate person when a matter requires human judgment or specialized care.
8. Availability
We may add, remove, update, or temporarily suspend features. Seasonal journeys may unlock on specific dates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The Elym name, brand assets, interface, original written content, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
