Elym is a Christian faith companion that offers Scripture, prayers, reflections, guided spiritual journeys, and faith-centered guidance. We want the experience to feel private, respectful, and safe.

Depending on the features you use, Elym may process account information such as your name or email address; app preferences such as language; journey progress; content you save or complete; and information you intentionally enter when asking for guidance or reflecting inside the app.
2. Sensitive reflections and faith-related content
Information you type into reflections, prayer prompts, or guidance features may be personal. Please avoid sharing information you do not want processed by the service. Elym is designed for spiritual support and is not an emergency, medical, psychological, legal, or professional counseling service.
3. How information is used
- Provide and personalize Elym's core app experience.
- Save progress, preferences, and completed journeys.
- Improve reliability, safety, and product quality.
- Manage subscriptions or purchases through applicable payment or app-store providers.
- Respond to support requests and protect the service from abuse.
4. Payments
Payments may be processed by platforms such as Apple or Stripe. Elym does not need to store full payment-card details when payment processing is handled by those providers. Their own privacy practices apply to information they process.
5. Service providers
We may use trusted hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email, and payment providers to operate Elym. Providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.
6. Data retention
We intend to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
